By accessing and using Waitrav Bali DMC's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Waitrav Bali DMC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Description

Waitrav Bali DMC provides travel-related services including but not limited to: • Tour packages and sightseeing tours • Hotel and accommodation bookings • Transportation services (private car, bus, fast boat) • Travel consultation and itinerary planning • Activity and attraction bookings

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, force majeure, or operational requirements.

3. Booking and Payment

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment or deposit as specified • Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated • All prices include applicable taxes unless specified • Payment methods accepted: bank transfer, credit card, and designated payment gateways • Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed • Additional fees may apply for special requests or changes to confirmed bookings

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary by service type and provider:

• Tours and Activities: Cancellations made 48+ hours before departure receive full refund. 24-48 hours: 50% refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. • Hotels: Subject to individual hotel cancellation policies • Transportation: 24+ hours notice for full refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund. • Force Majeure: Full refund or rescheduling option for cancellations due to natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

Refund processing time: 7-14 business days to original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information during booking • Arrive at designated meeting points on time • Carry valid identification and travel documents • Follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by tour operators • Respect local customs, traditions, and regulations • Obtain necessary visas and travel insurance independently • Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements in advance

6. Limitation of Liability

Waitrav Bali DMC acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for: • Acts or omissions of third-party service providers • Personal injury, loss, or damage to property during travel • Delays or disruptions caused by weather, traffic, or other uncontrollable factors • Loss of personal belongings • Activities and services not booked through our platform

We strongly recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, logos, and designs are the property of Waitrav Bali DMC or licensed to us. You may not: • Reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission • Use our trademarks or branding without authorization • Scrape or automate data collection from our website • Use our content for commercial purposes without license

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during booking is: • Used solely for providing and improving our services • Protected according to applicable data protection laws • Not sold or shared with unauthorized third parties • Retained only as long as necessary for legal and operational purposes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
